12. Customer Order Cancellations

We will do our best to cancel an order that has not yet entered stock confirmation, product inspection, packing, or shipping.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it immediately. After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

13. Shipping

We currently ship to major European countries, the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Available destinations, shipping fees, estimated delivery times, order processing, tracking, address changes, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customs clearance, flight schedules, weather, public holidays, remote locations, and local carrier handling may cause delays.

After a parcel has been handed to the carrier, we will continue to provide reasonable assistance with shipping inquiries. We do not automatically disclaim all responsibility simply because the parcel has been dispatched.
